We are currently working on behalf of a reputable firm to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team of Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, and Directors in a professional and rewarding environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including:
\" Processing new business applications across various financial products
\" Submitting transactions and fund switch requests on/off platform
\" Obtaining illustrations, product literature, and portfolio valuations
\" Preparing client meeting review packs
\" Acting as a key liaison between clients, Financial Advisers, and product providers
\" Handling Letters of Authority and maintaining accurate client records
The Ideal Candidate:
\" Previous experience in IFA or Financial Planning administration is essential.
\" Strong working knowledge of provider platforms
\" Familiarity with XPlan and FE Analytics would be desirable
\" Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\" Capable of working effectively under pressure
