" Experience working as an Independent Financial Adviser / Financial Planner
" Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
" Chartered status, or a genuine desire to work towards Chartered status, would be highly advantageous
" Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning
" A proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" A professional, personable and client-centric approach
" Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements

" Basic salary around £50,000, depending on experience
" Existing client bank provided
" Full Paraplanning and IFA Administration support
" 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
" Pension scheme
" Health Plan
" Free on-site parking
" Career development and study support
" Opportunity to work towards further professional qualifications
" Supportive and professional working environment

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser who wants to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation for quality advice and client service, with the support and infrastructure in place to allow you to focus on what you do best - advising clients.
