Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator
Leeds | Hybrid Working, 2 Days WFH
Salary: £28,000
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading financial services business to recruit a Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator to join their team in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to develop their career within the Corporate Risk and Healthcare sector. You'll provide valuable support to Advisers and Operations teams, while building strong relationships with providers and colleagues across the business.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills and the confidence to deal with technical queries and resolve issues effectively.
The Role
As a Group Risk & Healthcare Administrator, you'll support all areas of Corporate Risk and Healthcare administration, assisting with new business, broking and re-broking activity, provider liaison and maintaining accurate scheme information.
Key Responsibilities
" Assist with operating a broking and re-broking desk, supporting the wider Corporate Risk Team.
" Research technical queries relating to corporate risk products and provide accurate information to colleagues.
" Keep Advisers and the Corporate Team informed of relevant market developments and product changes.
" Liaise confidently with product providers to obtain information and resolve queries.
" Build and maintain strong working relationships with Advisers, Corporate Administrators, providers and internal teams.
" Develop and maintain a high level of product and business knowledge across corporate risk products.
" Assist and support Consultants with securing new business where required.
" Maintain and update the Corporate Risk & Healthcare scheme database.
" Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
" Support the wider team with additional duties as required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
" Previous experience working in an administrative role within Financial Services.
" A-Level qualification or equivalent.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
" The confidence to communicate with providers and colleagues regarding technical queries.
" Strong planning and organisational skills.
" Excellent attention to detail.
" A methodical and disciplined approach to work.
" Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements.
" Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
" A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Experience within Corporate Risk, Healthcare, Employee Benefits or related financial services administration would be advantageous.
