IFA Administrator

Salary: £25,500 - £29,000
Full-Time or Part-Time | Office-Based
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm for an IFA Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Bromsgrove.
Our Client offer a boutique set up, the role at hand will involve working coley with the firm\'s Director in providing administrative support. The opportunity offers organic development into Paraplanning, funding will also be provided should you be wanting to work towards the Level 4 Diploma,.

The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will provide accurate, efficient and professional administrative support, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service throughout their financial planning journey.
Key responsibilities include:
\" Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.
\" Preparing client correspondence, including letters and emails.
\" Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers and internal colleagues.
\" Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and back-office systems.
\" Managing adviser diaries and ensuring daily workflows are completed efficiently.
\" Assisting with the ongoing servicing of existing client portfolios.
\" Preparing client review packs for adviser meetings.
\" Scanning and uploading documentation to client records.
\" Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
\" At least 1 year\'s experience within an IFA Administration or Financial Services Administration role.
\" Excellent organisational and planning skills.
\" The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
\" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\" Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
\" A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
\" Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
\" The ability to build strong relationships with clients, providers and colleagues.
