Salary: Up to £35,000

Our client, a well-established and growing financial planning firm, is seeking a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes while helping to drive operational excellence across the business.
The Role
As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you\'ll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, managing complex client administration and acting as a technical point of contact for the wider team. You\'ll also provide guidance to colleagues, assist with training and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client service standards.
This is a varied position where you\'ll combine technical expertise with first-class client service in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
\" Manage complex financial services administration cases from start to finish.
\" Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on more complex queries.
\" Support the induction and development of new team members.
\" Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
\" Prepare illustrations, application forms and portfolio valuations.
\" Manage fund switches, withdrawals, top-ups and rebalances.
\" Liaise with providers to progress business and obtain accurate information.
\" Prepare client review packs and support annual review processes.
\" Maintain accurate client records across back-office systems and provider platforms.
\" Assist with the delivery of the firm\'s Centralised Investment Proposition (CIP).
\" Book client meetings and prepare pre and post meeting documentation.
\" Ensure all work is completed accurately, compliantly and within agreed service standards.
\" Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous business improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you\'ll have:
\" Previous experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration role.
\" Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
\" Experience using provider platforms and financial services back-office systems.
\" Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\" Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
\" Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
\" The confidence to support colleagues and share technical knowledge.
\" A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Desirable:
\" Experience using Intelliflo Office.
\" Experience mentoring or supporting junior administrators.
\" Progress towards, or completion of, the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
