About You
The successful candidate will have:
\" Previous experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical financial planning role.
\" A minimum Diploma in Financial Planning.
\" Advanced Diploma, Chartered Financial Planner or CFP qualifications would be advantageous.
\" Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, investments and industry regulations.
\" Experience using financial planning software and research tools.
\" Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\" Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
\" Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\" The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a close-knit team.
\" A genuine passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

The Role
As a Paraplanner / Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Planners by undertaking detailed research, analysing clients\' financial circumstances and assisting in the creation of tailored financial planning solutions that deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Working closely with advisers and the wider team, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant advice while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis
\" Conduct detailed analysis of clients\' financial circumstances, including income, assets, liabilities and objectives.
\" Utilise financial planning software to model scenarios and prepare financial projections.
\" Analyse complex financial information and provide technical support to Financial Planners.
Research & Due Diligence
\" Research investment products, funds and financial planning strategies.
\" Keep up to date with industry developments, legislation and market trends.
\" Support the advice process through thorough product and technical research.
Financial Planning Support
\" Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans and recommendations.
\" Gather, review and assess client information and supporting documentation.
\" Support advisers with technical analysis and report writing.
\" Undertake administrative duties required to support the financial planning process.
