IFA Administrator
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected and well-established Financial Planning firm based in Leicester. This role is ideal for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator with a background in pensions and investments administration. The company is committed to employee development and offers comprehensive training and support, including funding towards CII qualifications for those looking to progress their career within financial services.

The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and clients by delivering a high standard of administrative and client service support. Your responsibilities will include:
" Processing new business efficiently, including research, trades, fund switches, and liaising with product providers to ensure accurate completion of applications
" Preparing valuations, managing transfers of servicing, and supporting client review processes to enable advisers to conduct effective client meetings
" Acting as a key point of contact between clients and advisers, ensuring all parties are kept informed and updated
" Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records while ensuring compliance requirements are consistently met
" Providing post-meeting administrative support to advisers, ensuring all actions are completed within agreed timescales
" Reporting any complaints, breaches, or losses promptly to facilitate swift resolution
" Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning, filing, correspondence preparation, and record management
" Keeping technical, product, and industry knowledge up to date to support ongoing professional development
" Assisting with business improvement initiatives, projects, and process enhancements to help drive the company forward

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience working as an Administrator within an IFA or Financial Planning practice. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
" Previous IFA/Financial Planning administration experience
" Knowledge of pensions and investment products
" Excellent organisational and communication skills
" Strong attention to detail and accuracy
" A proactive and positive approach to work
" The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
" A genuine desire to develop and progress within the financial services industry
