Senior IFA Administrator
Leeds
NJR are currently working with a privately owned Independent Financial Advisory Firm, who are now seeking a pro-active, experienced IFA Administrator to join their already well established team.
Offering hybrid working, this role will suit someone who has been working within financial services industry, and has experience of administering Pensions & Investments. Our client offer a fantastic training and development programme, and will therefore fully support those wishing to develop with examinations.

Duties will include:
Processing new business
Producing Valuations and Illustrations
Conducting product research
Dealing with client queries
Attending client meetings with Advisers where needed
Liaising with product providers
Assisting advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters
Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
What do we need from you?
Previous experience working as an IFA Administrator is essential
Strong knowledge of a range of pensions, investments and other financial products
Those with experience with IO or FE Analtyics would be of most interest
Must be available to occasionally travel to London for client meetings
Good attention to detail and general communication skills
