Trainee Employee Benefits Associate
Leeds
Up to £36,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and growing professional services firm who are looking to recruit an Associate Consultant to join their expanding Employee Benefits division in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and analytical individual looking to build a long-term career within Employee Benefits and Financial Services. The business is open to candidates with previous Employee Benefits experience, as well as those from other professional services backgrounds such as Financial Services, Recruitment, Legal or Accountancy who are keen to develop within this specialist market.

The Role
Working as part of an experienced consulting team, you will support clients across a broad range of Employee Benefits services while developing your technical knowledge and client management skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
\" Supporting consultants with client and provider queries
\" Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their requirements
\" Assisting with Employee Benefits reviews and report writing
\" Attending client meetings both virtually and in person
\" Managing policy renewals and liaising with providers
\" Supporting the administration of Employee Benefits policies
\" Reviewing and analysing employee and benefits data
\" Managing claims and underwriting processes
\" Keeping up to date with industry developments and legislation changes
About You
\" Previous experience within Employee Benefits or another professional services environment
\" Successful candidates will hold a 1st class degree in a numerate, analytical or business-related discipline
\" Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\" Good analytical and numerical ability with confidence working with data
\" Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\" Proactive and eager to learn and develop
\" Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
\" Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively within a busy environment
\" Team-focused with a positive and collaborative approach
