Pensions & Investments Administrator
Warrington Area - Onsite Parking
Hybrid working after 12 months
Salary up to £28,500

An established financial services practice based in Warrington is looking to recruit a Pensions & Investments Administrator to support its Adviser team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, client-focused environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and delivering high-quality support.

The Role
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in requesting, tracking and collating policy information on behalf of the Adviser team. You will also support the wider practice in meeting regulatory requirements and achieving its overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Adviser & Practice Management
" Manage letters of authority and policy information requests efficiently
" Track policy requests and provide regular updates to Advisers
" Communicate effectively with clients, providers and third parties
" Collate and provide complete and accurate policy information within agreed timescales
" Liaise with the paraplanning team to ensure all required data is provided
" Support general office requirements as directed
Gathering & Managing Information
" Issue letters of authority promptly to providers
" Request, chase and collate policy information
" Ensure all policy data is accurate, complete and compliant
" Keep up to date with data and regulatory requirements
" Maintain accurate records within internal systems
Practice Development & Team Support
" Support the Practice Manager with internal projects and initiatives
" Assist Advisers in servicing existing clients and supporting new business
" Contribute to achieving practice goals and objectives
" Attend and actively participate in team meetings
" Maintain strong working relationships with clients and third parties

About You
" Calm, organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
" Positive, professional and client-focused
" Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
" Confident communicating with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
" Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
" Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
" Comfortable working with electronic data systems
" Experience of working within defined processes and procedures
" Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) financial services regulation
