Paraplanner | Lincolnshire (Hybrid Considered)
£30,000 - £45,000 (DOE & Qualifications)
Looking to develop your paraplanning career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment?
We are representing an established and growing financial planning firm who are seeking a Paraplanner to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-quality client cases, particularly involving business owners, pensions, and Inheritance Tax planning.

Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

The Role:
\" Prepare compliant suitability reports and technical advice
\" Conduct research across pensions, investments, protection & IHT
\" Build cashflow models and financial projections
\" Support advisers with business-owner and corporate client work
\" Liaise with providers and third parties
\" Maintain accurate, FCA-compliant client records
About You:
\" Current or recent paraplanning experience (UK financial advice)
\" Strong technical knowledge (pensions, IHT, investments)
\" Working towards or holding CII qualifications
\" Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
\" Experience with tools such as Voyant, CashCalc, or similar
