Financial Planning Administrator
Norwich - Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £28,000

9% Pensions
30 days holiday + Bank Holidays

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a national, whole of market Chartered Firm of Financial Planners. This role offers a great balance of office and home working, alongside a competitive benefits package and strong career development prospects.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial enquiry through to ongoing servicing. This is a varied and busy position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and delivering high-quality client support.

Key Responsibilities
" Prepare files for new and existing client reviews, including valuation reports
" Process new business applications, withdrawals, drawdown cases, and fund switches
" Ensure all client files remain compliant at all times
" Maintain and update client records on back-office systems (Intelligent Office)
" Gather and organise information on existing plans to support adviser reviews
" Prepare and structure correspondence to clients and providers
" Arrange client meetings and manage adviser diaries
" Liaise with providers and third parties, including chasing Letters of Authority
" Handle general client servicing queries and administrative duties
" Meet and greet clients attending face-to-face appointments
" Ensure all work aligns with FCA Conduct Rules and regulatory standards

Skills & Experience
" Previous experience supporting advisers within a wealth management environment
" Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products
" Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
" Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
" Experience using Intelligent Office is desirable
" Working towards CII Level 4 qualification is advantageous
