Financial Planning Administrator
Up to £28,000

Our Client are a growing Firm of Financial Planners who have built up a strong presence and loyal Client base across the East Midlands. As a reflection of their continued success, they currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their Practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Firm\'s Advisors and Administrator\'s to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of financial planning services. You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end client journey, ensuring processes remain seamless and compliant at all times.
You will be responsible for managing new business submissions, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate client records, liaising with providers and clients, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team. The role is primarily office-based, with some flexibility for home working where required.
Responsibilities:
\" Provide full administrative support to the Firms Financial Planner
\" Prepare and process new business applications across pensions & investments
\" Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain policy information and updates.
\" Maintain and update client records using back-office systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\" Prepare client review packs and documentation ahead of meetings.
\" Monitor pipeline business and ensure cases are progressed efficiently.
\" Assist with valuations, fund switches and withdrawals where required.
\" Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards and internal compliance procedures.
\" Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is essential.
Experience and Skills:
\" Previous experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment is essential.
\" Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
\" Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
\" Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach.
\" Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
\" Knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments and protection is preferred.
\" Experience using industry back-office systems is advantageous.
