Trainee IFA Administrator
Leeds
Up to £26,500
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Independent Financial Adviser firm in West Leeds, who are looking to recruit a Trainee IFA Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone looking for their first step into financial services, as well as individuals with previous administration or customer service experience who are keen to build a long-term career within financial planning.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided, along with clear progression opportunities within the business.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team, gaining exposure to all areas of financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
\" Assisting with the processing of new business applications
\" Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
\" Liaising with product providers for information and updates
\" Managing client records on internal systems
\" Supporting the team with general administration duties
\" Handling client queries via phone and email in a professional manner
\" Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with compliance standards
About You
This role is open to a wide range of candidates who are eager to learn and develop.
We are looking for:
A graduate (Finance, Business or related subject preferred) or candidates with some administration or customer service experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A professional and proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and build a career in financial services
