Finance Administrator
Hybrid - Wilmslow, Cheshire - 2 Days WFH
Salary up to £30,000 + benefits package

About the Business
A rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed Independent Financial Adviser consolidator is building one of the UK's leading financial planning groups. With multiple offices across the UK and over £2bn in assets under advice, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is strengthening its central finance function to support continued growth, acquisitions, and scalable operations.

The Role
The Finance Administrator will play a key role within the finance team, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely income recording across the group. You will be responsible for processing provider statements, supporting reconciliation activity, and maintaining high quality financial data within Intelliflo Office.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, systems, and structured processes, and who wants to build a career within financial services finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Income Processing & Reconciliation
" Input provider statements into Intelliflo Office accurately and on time
" Reconcile income against internal records and provider data
" Perform cash and income reconciliations, resolving discrepancies
" Investigate and resolve missing, delayed, or incorrect payments
" Maintain full audit trails and supporting documentation
" Support adviser commission data accuracy
" Liaise with providers and internal teams to resolve queries
" Assist with month-end income processes and reporting
" Contribute to improving reconciliation processes and controls

Data & Process Support
" Maintain accurate financial and operational data
" Support improvements to reporting and data quality
" Assist with integration of newly acquired businesses into group processes
" Help develop scalable finance operations as the business grows

About You
" Previous experience in finance, accounts, or IFA administration
" Experience within financial services or wealth management preferred
" Familiar with Intelliflo Office or similar back-office systems
" Strong understanding of reconciliation processes (cash, income or bank)
" Confident Excel user with strong attention to detail
" Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
" Strong communicator who works well across teams
" Organised, reliable, and proactive in approach
" Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
