Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking for a role where your expertise is valued and you can make a real impact?

This office-based position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of mainly SME clients, alongside some higher-value accounts, within a professional and collaborative environment. The team values independent thinking, high-quality service, and delivering tailored insurance solutions for every client.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate policy management and excellent client service.

- Client Portfolio Management: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business for commercial clients, with premiums typically ranging from £10k-£20k.
- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact, providing clear advice and resolving client queries efficiently.
- Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service across the commercial portfolio.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience as a Commercial Account Handler within a UK insurance brokerage.
- Must have experience using Acturis to be considered for the role.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored, professional guidance.
