ADMIN ASSISTANT TO OFFICE & HR MANAGER
Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid - 2 days working from home)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Benefits: Free onsite parking
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support our client, a growing and extremely busy firm of Financial Planning consolidators. The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Office Manager in a busy, fast-paced team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
\" Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office / HR Manager
\" Assist with onboarding administration for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity
\" Support all aspects of HR administration, including employee records and documentation
\" Assist with recruitment administration, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
\" Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
About You:
\" Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
\" Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
\" Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
\" Confident communicator with a professional approach
\" Previous administrative or HR experience is desirable
