Leicester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by delivering detailed research, analysis, and high-quality suitability reports. You will help ensure clients receive tailored, compliant financial plans aligned to their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities
\" Prepare clear and comprehensive suitability reports and financial planning documentation
\" Conduct detailed research across products, investments, and funds
\" Analyse client information and produce cashflow models
\" Maintain accurate client records in line with FCA requirements
\" Collaborate with advisers and administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
\" Keep up to date with pensions, investment, and tax legislation
About You
\" Minimum 2 years\' experience in a Paraplanning or technical support role
\" Working towards or holding the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
\" Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and IHT planning
\" Excellent analytical and written communication skills
\" High attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workload
\" Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
