Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a forward-thinking, values-driven wealth management firm in Leeds?
NJR Recruitment is supporting a well-established and growing independent financial planning practice as they look to appoint a dedicated Administrator to support their busy team of Advisers and Paraplanners. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic business at an exciting time of growth and transformation.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the advice team, ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service. Duties will include:
Providing administrative support to Advisers, Directors and Paraplanners
Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients
Preparing documentation for client meetings and processing new business
Handling provider communications and client queries
Creating portfolio valuations and annual review packs
Maintaining accurate records using the back-office system (Curo experience desirable)
About You:
Experienced in financial planning administration (minimum 2 years)
Organised, proactive and a confident communicator
Knowledgeable in a range of financial services products
Passionate about delivering excellent client service
Keen to develop and progress within a growing team
The Package:
Competitive salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working after a probationary period
25 days holiday + bank holidays
