Financial Services Administrator
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Salary: up to £30,000

The Role
A well-established IFA practice is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team. This role will provide critical support to the Director / Financial Adviser, allowing them to focus on client meetings and business development.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant administrative support across pensions, investments, tax, and insurance, ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services administration.

Key Responsibilities
" Assist with preparation of suitability reports, including illustrations, research, and analysis
" Process business applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with firm standards
" Administer pension scheme properties and maintain HMRC pension scheme records online
" Ensure fund switches, rebalances, and trades are processed correctly and within required timescales
" Maintain accurate client records across back-office systems, platforms, and IT systems
" Prepare client review packs including valuations and supporting paperwork
" Record and implement agreed actions in coordination with the Financial Adviser
" Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures
" Follow up all work promptly to meet company standards
" Incorporate the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) into all client interactions

Personal Specification
" Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Services Administrator
" Highly literate and numerate (A-level Maths & English advantageous)
" Technically competent in Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level)
" Experience using online financial services platforms
" Excellent analytical, organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
" Versatile, proactive, and able to handle complex, non-repetitive tasks independently
