IFA Administrator
Location: Northampton (Office-based)
Salary: Up to £29,000( dependent on experience)
13.00 finish on Friday\'s
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised IFA Administrator to join a friendly and growing financial planning firm. This is a key role supporting one of their Financial Planners and helping deliver an outstanding service to there forever growing Client base.
You\'ll be someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and thrives in a professional office environment.

\" Competitive salary up to £25,000 (DOE)
\" 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
\" 5% employer pension contribution
\" Early finish on Fridays
The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the office and the delivery of financial planning services. You will be responsible for managing client administration, supporting new business processing, and ensuring records and communications are handled efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
\" Preparing for client meetings and managing diaries and schedules
\" Liaising with product providers to obtain information and maintain accurate client records
\" Submitting and setting up new business applications
\" Tracking applications and ensuring clear, timely communication with providers
\" Maintaining regulatory standards throughout all processes
\" Managing post, scanning, filing and general office administration
\" Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Financial Planner and wider team
Skills & Experience
Essential
\" Strong organisational and time management skills
\" Excellent attention to detail
\" Proficient in Microsoft Office
\" Confident written and verbal communication skills
\" Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workloads
\" Minimum of three years\' administrative experience
\" Proactive, positive and can-do attitude
Desirable
\" Previous experience within financial services administration (not essential - full training provided)
Education & Experience
\" GCSE or equivalent preferred
\" Proficiency in English required
\" Minimum three years\' administrative experience essential
