DESCRIPTION
Our Client, a rapidly expanding ecommerce business in the homewares sector are looking to recruit an Ecommerce Executive to join their small, friendly team in Rochdale.
With a strong presence on multiple e-commerce platforms-including their own dedicated website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces - this role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, passionate about e-commerce, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing business.
Duties include:
Create high-quality, accurate product listings across multiple marketplaces.
Upload and manage product images to ensure a visually appealing catalogue.
Optimize listings by updating product descriptions, keywords, and pricing.
Use bulk data manipulation and uploads to streamline product listings.
Identify and fix missing products and images across platforms.
Compare different marketplaces to ensure all products are correctly listed.
Analyze sales data to track performance and improve listings.
Assist with general administration tasks related to online retail platforms.
Process drop ship orders efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and messages, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Monthly & Strategic Tasks:
Monitor listing performance and identify slow-selling products.
Improve listing quality and optimize conversion rates.
Assist in identifying new opportunities for sales growth.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations across platforms like Amazon, eBay, B&Q, and The Range.
Creative writing skills to craft compelling product descriptions and boost sales.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
