As Compliance Officer, you\'ll work closely with the Head of Compliance, playing a central role in shaping the firm\'s regulatory framework and driving high standards across the business.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments.
- Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance risks.
- Ensure FCA reporting requirements are fulfilled.
- Investigate and report compliance breaches or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support integrated risk management.
- Contribute to the Consumer Duty Committee to help drive positive customer outcomes.
You\'ll be supported by an experienced Head of Compliance and a team of external Compliance Consultants who provide ongoing training and support.
