Are you a compliance professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected independent insurance brokerage based in Lancashire. As Compliance Officer, you'll work closely with the Head of Compliance, playing a central role in shaping the firm's regulatory framework and driving high standards across the business.

If you're passionate about doing things the right way and ensuring customers get the outcomes they deserve, this role offers real purpose and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments.
- Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance risks.
- Ensure FCA reporting requirements are fulfilled.
- Investigate and report compliance breaches or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support integrated risk management.
- Contribute to the Consumer Duty Committee to help drive positive customer outcomes.

You'll be supported by an experienced Head of Compliance and a team of external Compliance Consultants who provide ongoing training and support.
