DESCRIPTION
Our client is a dynamic insurance brokerage who is on the lookout for a Junior Account Executive to service their growing portfolio! There is already a book of SME to Mid-level Corporate Clients for you to service and develop. With an intelligent mindset, some strong commercial insurance knowledge across a variety of product lines you will be technically competent and be truly customer focused.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Handler who is looking to take the next step in their career, or an Account Handler who is just starting their journey!

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with your commercial clients.
- Manage quotations, MTAs, renewals, and new business / account development.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth policy management and renewals.
- Conduct policy reviews and present coverage options to drive client satisfaction.
- Grow your portfolio by spotting opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Staying up to date with market trends and updates to offer clients expert advice!
What we\'re looking for:
- Proven experience in insurance account management or broking.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products is key for this role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
