DESCRIPTION
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the fashion industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Garment Technologist to join a well-established importer known for its commitment to quality and innovation in ladieswear and menswear.

About the Role:
As a Garment Technologist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the design team and factories to ensure the seamless development and production of products. Your expertise will help our clients deliver on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. If you have a "can do" attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Measure and fit all samples throughout the development process in collaboration with designers and customers.
Develop and maintain size charts.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to factories across various stages of production (Proto, SMS, PP, Shipment).
Update product workbooks with comprehensive fit comments and technical instructions.
Chase samples to meet critical path and delivery deadlines.
Attend in-house fit sessions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct AQL/final inspections and address any product issues promptly.
Liaise with suppliers and factories to resolve technical issues and support timely decisions.
Collaborate with designers to offer technical guidance on new product development.

What We're Looking For:
A technically oriented qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Multi-product experience with the ability to adapt across various product areas.
Strong knowledge of fitting and resolving fit issues.

Desirable Skills:
Experience in pattern-cutting and knowledge of grading rules is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working across different cultures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
