IFA Administrator

NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be exclusively working with a multi award winning firm who are now looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing wealth management team.
Offering hybrid working, this is an exciting opportunity for anyone with previous experience providing support to Independent Financial Planners.

Providing support to two IFAs, this will be a varied role, but duties will include
Diary management
Prepare client review packs for advisers
Processing new business
Contact and liaise with relevant product providers, clients and third parties.
Conduct product research
What do we need from you?
Previous experience providing support to IFAs and using Intelligent Office is essential
A strong knowledge on a range of pensions and investments
Solid communication skills
Good attention to detail
