DESCRIPTION
Buying & Merchandising Assistant
Supplier of Apparel
Oldham
My Client, a supplier of branded apparel to a number of High Street retailers now has an excellent opportunity to join their team.
Candidates from the following backgrounds will be considered:
Buying Admin / Assistant
Merchandising Admin / Assistant (Retail HO)
Import Merchandising
Shipping
Our client promotes personal growth, alongside this they are offering excellent progression opportunities within the business.
Responsibilities:
Accurate data inputting onto the company system & excel spreadsheets
Updating internal systems
Managing order progress & deliveries for Key accounts
Liaising with customers & other teams within the company
Liaising with the suppliers & import dept to track shipments
To be responsible for managing & distributing the seasonal sample ranges
Responsible for ensuring that specific customer requirements are met with regard to labelling.
Flexibility to help where required with the team.
General office duties
Skills Required:
Strong Excel skills
Good communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work within a team
