Nick graduated in 1997 with a Retail Marketing degree and pursued a career in Sales working on behalf of one of the largest blue chip businesses in the UK. In 1999, Nick made the transition to sales recruitment working for one of the most reputable brands in the recruitment industry, Michael Page, before being headhunted to join Search Consultancy at the end 2001. After successfully setting up and establishing their Sales & Marketing division, Nick held a number of management positions, however his last 4 years at Search was one of the Directors responsible for the growth & development of their Sales & Marketing, Technical & Supply Chain, and Construction & Property businesses across 3 office locations, with a healthy mix of both temporary and permanent recruitment.

In January 2010, Nick co-founded NJR Recruitment Ltd together with his business partner and brother Jon, and offers a wealth of permanent and temporary recruitment knowledge and expertise across a variety of professional markets.

Jon graduated in 1995 with a Business Management degree and began his insurance career working for the global insurance broker Marsh (formerly Sedgwick). Jon spent the large part of his time in sales and service roles across the Commercial and Affinity markets. After six and a half years in the industry, Jon joined Search Consultancy at the beginning of 2001 in their Insurance & Financial Services Division. For his remaining five years, Jon headed up the Insurance & Financial Services business across the North West and was instrumental in establishing the division as a core business for Search in the Manchester market.

Jon has an extensive understanding of the insurance marketplace and brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to NJR in the main insurance markets across the UK. Jon's reputation for delivering a quality service to his clients is second to none, with a proven track record of delivering a recruitment solution up to and including Board Level appointments.
